Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Doctor Philippe Moser LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") who applies to participate in our Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must complete the application process through our website.

Who Can Join?
✔️ Anyone with a website, social media following, email list, or blog in the health, wellness, or book promotion niche.
✔️ We reserve the right to approve or reject applicants at our discretion.

❌ Who Cannot Join?

  • Websites promoting illegal, misleading, or unethical content.
  • Affiliates who use spammy, deceptive, or black-hat marketing tactics.
  1. Affiliate Responsibilities

✔️ Promote Ethically – You may share your affiliate link via blogs, social media, YouTube, email newsletters, and personal recommendations.
❌ No Misrepresentation – Do not claim that our book cures diseases, replaces medication, or offers guaranteed results.
❌ No Paid Search Bidding on Brand Keywords – You may not bid on “The High Blood Pressure Bible” or similar terms in Google Ads.

✔️ Compliance with FTC Guidelines – You must disclose that you are an affiliate when promoting the book. Example: “This post contains affiliate links, meaning I earn a commission if you make a purchase at no extra cost to you.”

  1. Commission and Payment

The Affiliate Program allows you to earn a commission for each sale of The High Blood Pressure Bible book made through your unique tracking link.

✔️ You will receive a 30% commission on each sale.
✔️ You are responsible for promoting the book using ethical and approved methods.
✔️ Payments are processed via PayPal/Bank Transfer on the 1st/15th of every month.                                                                                                                    ✔️A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be met before payment is issued.

  1. Affiliate Link Usage

4.1. You will be provided with a unique tracking link to use in promotions. 4.2. You must not modify or mask the affiliate link in a way that prevents tracking.

  1. Prohibited Activities

5.1. Affiliates may not:

  • Engage in pay-per-click (PPC) bidding on our brand name.
  • Use misleading marketing tactics.
  • Promote our products on sites with illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  1. Intellectual Property

6.1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products. 6.2. You may not alter our branding or misrepresent your relationship with us.

  1. Termination & Violations

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if:
❌ You violate ethical promotion guidelines.
❌ You engage in spammy, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
❌ You promote the book on inappropriate websites (e.g., adult content, illegal services).

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement. 8.2. Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

  1. Modifications to the Agreement

9.1. We may update this agreement from time to time. 9.2. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

10.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. 10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County.

Acceptance of Terms

By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement.
